About Us

Our company was established in 1985 as a family business and at the beginning its main activity was producing and selling ceramics of Korond.

Korond is one of the best known places of Transylvania (Romania), it is the centre of folk-pottery. Producing pottery items has been part of the village's life for a long time; it has been transmitted from father to son as it is the case in our family. Korond is one of those rare villages where producing pottery is still present as well as processing touchwood.

The variety of our products has been constantly enlarged since the start of the company satisfying the demand of the Romanian as well as the international market. In our souvenir and pottery store you can find all types of pottery items of the traditional Transylvanian folk-art.

The pottery items are our handmade products: traditional pottery with blue decorations, brown, black and white pottery, all of them unique pieces. There are no two identical pieces; all of them are unique, handmade works of art. There are items for everyday use and items for decoration. We make specially designed pieces on demand and we also label the items if necessary.

We have a wide range of products for flower shops, all kinds of flower pots and holders. Our wooden products include carvings as well as household items (newspaper holder, flower stand, chopping boards, sideboards, massager, bottle holder), items for decoration (pictures, Seckler’s gate, kitchen wreaths, fountains), toys made of wood and many other objects. There are also woolen and leather products as well as a wide range of gypsum products. Our products also include traditional costumes (traditional Seckler clothing as well as traditional costumes of the Kalotaszeg area), but you can also find traditional women’s clothes made of linen. The owners of restaurants and guesthouses are among our loyal customers, as they purchase personalized or labeled covers, bowls, wooden boards, plates, ceramics dinner-services and traditional products. We offer a wide range of decoration items for the garden, the most popular ones are the recumbent amphorae and dwarfs. Our dishes for cooking and Roman Bowls are among the favourites of housewives.

Besides all these, as a response to the demand of the market, we also offer a wide range of products from abroad. On demand, we can also supply our customers with basically anything from the country or from abroad. If there is a product that you cannot find in our offer but you would like to have it, just let us know and we will try to find it for you!

The most important characteristics of our company, aside from the excellent quality of our products, are the low prices, the fast and prompt delivery and the satisfaction of our customers.

In our warehouse of almost 1200 sq m, 3 different buildings, there are thousands of products systematically arranged into categories. We sell our products exclusively wholesale; we have on stock a large quantity of all the products that you would like. The great majority of our products are sold at producer price!

We deliver the order that you placed in the shortest time possible to any part of the country by our own minivans, by courier mail or by post (by convention).

The products we sell are present in Romania’s most popular tourist areas, such as Praid, Sovata, Lupeni, Chendiu, Sighisoara, Bran, Bistrita, Hurezu, Lacul Rosu, Cheile Bicazului, Bucharest, Slanic-Prahova, Baia Mare, Satu Mare, Ramnicu Valcea, Craiova, Constanta, Suceava, Bacau, Deva, Radauti, Iasi, Hunedoara, Piatra Neamt, Moneasa, Targu Neamt, Onesti, Sapanta, Ocna Sugatag, etc.

We can also ship our products abroad, we ship to several other European countries (Hungary, Italy, Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Greece, Bulgaria, Spain).

Our aim is to be a chain link between the producer and the customer. We support the activity of the local manufacturers and we try to spread their products as widely as possible. We are open to building new contacts and relations on both sides. We have a showroom and a permanent exhibition; on demand we also organize a presentation of the products for individuals or groups. All our products can be observed, touched and tried on the spot. Our warehouse also functions as a shop, we wrap the chosen item up and payment by cash is also possible.
